St. John's Point , Donegal

The lighthouse at St. John's Point guides shipping safely into Killybegs Harbour. This shot, with the lighthouse reflected in the pool of water was taken in 2008. Prior to that, the last time I saw water lying at this spot was in 2000. I think the heavy rains and mountainous seas breaking over the headland during the ferocious storms in January enabled me to recreate a shot taken eight years earlier.
